How drawing can help you express your feelings

Opening up our lives through art is one of the easiest ways to express yourself. It just takes you letting go and putting it on the paper and putting it out there. It can help with anxiety stress and depression. When it comes to creating you don’t need to be Picasso to DE stress. Drawing your feelings is one way you can get it all out there with out having to say a word. This is a mindful activity that may work for you if you go with the flow. It doesn’t have to make sense it doesn’t have to be neat. Just as long as it helps you along.

Pay attention to you breathing patterns. As they change, the stroke of the line changes as well. This is a simple yet relaxing activity.
