There always seems like there isn’t enough hours in the day for me to personally get everything done. Especially on those extra busy days. Cramming all your tasks, work, and errands into one day can be physically exhausting and mentally draining. With so many things to do along with all the things we WANT to do, it can seem impossible.
I am realizing that I have to make that time for the things I want. If there is something that you want to do, you may have to get up earlier to make it happen. Create that time slot that allows for a more purposeful task. You may have to eliminate the things during your day that are taking up some time that could be useful. Stop and think what it is for you that may be taking up productivity in your life. More than likely, you could find something to cut back on that would allow more time. Remember, we must make time for the important things and in return we will see a happier you! It’s great to be productive, but we also need to keep in mind that we are human.
Less social media.
We all take time to scroll during the day (some more than others). If this is you, think about how much time you are losing to this pointless time spent on social media.

Plan meals.
Planning meals can help save some time especially if you are already always on the go. Think ahead a few days and save yourself some trouble later.

Prioritize wisely.
Think about what needs to be done and what can wait. Allow yourself some room if possible. With that time, you can take more for yourself or do tasks that are important to you personally.
Say “No”.
Saying no to other activities or other duties is okay. If you have too much going on don’t add more because you will end up taking on too much and having no time at all.
